These terms govern your use of Wayder's rider app, Wayder Pro driver app, and website. By using our services in Bristol, you agree to these terms.
Services
Wayder connects riders with independent private hire drivers and couriers. We are a technology platform, not a transport operator.
Accounts
Riders register with email OTP or social sign-in. Drivers must complete onboarding and document verification before going online.
Payments
Fares are quoted before booking. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Cash may be available where shown in the app.
Driver earnings & fees
If you drive with Wayder Pro, the following apply to your use of the platform (not legal advice — seek independent counsel where needed):
- Wayder charges a service fee on completed trips. Ride and delivery rates may differ.
- For in-app (card) payments, the service fee is deducted before earnings are credited to your balance.
- For cash trips, the rider pays you directly. If automatic cash commission is enabled, the service fee is deducted from your in-app earnings balance and recovered from future card earnings.
- Wayder may withhold bank payouts until your earnings balance is positive.
- Wayder may suspend platform access if your earnings balance falls below the disclosed limit.
- Wayder does not debit your bank account for service fees without separate explicit authorization.
Conduct
Users must not abuse drivers, riders, or support staff. We may suspend accounts for safety or fraud concerns.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wayder's liability is limited to the fare paid for the relevant trip. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
