Data we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone (when verified)
• Trip data: pickup/dropoff, route, fare, payment method
• Location data: during active trips and when drivers are online
• Device tokens for push notifications
• Support messages and documents uploaded by drivers

How we use your data

We process data to provide ride-hailing and delivery services, process payments, ensure safety, comply with PHV regulations, and improve our platform. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligation.

Sharing & retention

We share data with payment processors (Stripe), mapping providers (Mapbox, Google Places autocomplete via our API), cloud hosting, and regulators when required. We retain trip records as required by UK private hire law.

Your rights
