When do I get paid?
In-app (card) trip earnings are sent to your linked bank account on the weekly payout schedule once you connect Stripe in Wayder Pro. Cash trips are paid to you directly by the rider at the end of the trip.
What happens with cash trips?
You collect the full fare in cash from the rider. If automatic cash commission is enabled, the platform service fee is deducted from your in-app earnings balance — not from your bank account — and recovered from future card earnings before bank payouts. See our FAQ for full details.
Can my earnings balance go negative?
If cash service fees exceed your card earnings, your in-app balance may be negative. You must bring it back above the platform limit before going online again. Wayder does not debit your bank account for service fees without separate authorization.
